The staff first and foremost. Location, cleanliness and ambience. My go to hotel when visiting Birmingham and it never disappoints. Beds are super comfy.

Clean and comfortable bed, functional bathroom, a solid breakfast. This is all that I required for a conference in the building a short walk from the hotel. Chosen for location, between the conference and city Centre, it was excellent.

Beautiful rooms, clean and very comfy, would recommend. Lots of restaurants nearby and londis grocery is right opposite so families needing groceries can get that easily. Superb location, short walk from the bullring and the shopping arcade. Great transport links. Millennium point is right behind the building about 5 mins walk.

It’s soon to be next to a bus route and a tram line and eventually the hs2 station so don’t know how this would affect the hotel it is pretty sound proofed but will have to wait until January to see on my next visit . They are doing some up grades putting in very nice click flooring in the rooms instead of carpet, it looked well installed and would mean hopefully more hygienic . I have to add though the breakfast is not as good as it used to be and the coffee machine was not working ,,, all in all it’s still a great hotel in the centre of Brum .

Delighted with our stay. We travelled with our daughter from Glasgow for a dance audition. The hotel was a 5min walk from the location which was ideal. The breakfast options offered a great selection. Lovely decorative features throughout the hotel and a high standard of cleanliness. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
